We surveyed 1,312 drivers based in the Northeastern United States to find out what they think about convenience stores and gas stations today and what drives their behavior, opinions and loyalty.

The survey revealed that

  • American drivers prefer options that would speed up fueling time and provide greater security over retailer-based apps and loyalty programs that may offer money-saving incentives.
